- 2- 3 coordinators on site for 12 hours (depending on guest count)
- Facilitate your ceremony rehearsal
- Be available to answer any email questions throughout the planning process.
- Venue walk-through to go over the details and logistics of the wedding day.
- Finishing touches: setting up a guest book, welcome sign, gift table, etc.
- Cross-check venue setup and check for perfection
- Meet for (3) Pre-wedding Check-ins (first, mid-way, and final) to share planning progress, work out details and update the day of the plan.
- Create a master timeline and floor plan
- Transition from ceremony to reception
- Manage clean-up and pack-up assistance at the end of the event
- Being a direct contact for vendors on the day of the wedding
- Assisting vendors with where they set up
- Assisting guests with whatever they need
